Refund policy

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If an item is returned for reasons unrelated to a warranty claim, a restocking fee of 25% of the item's purchase price will apply.

Customers have 72 hours from the date of receiving an item to contact us at acycloneinc@gmail.com to request a refund and return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return. Items must be returned in unused, like-new condition. Any repairs needed to restore the item to a like-new condition will be charged to the customer.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at acycloneinc@gmail.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Items sold by A-Cyclone Inc. are covered under a separate 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty for defects in materials and workmanship — see our Terms of Service for full warranty details.
