Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our facility in Baldwin Park, California.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Once you submit a quote request, we'll calculate the exact shipping cost and include it in your invoice before you pay.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after shipment.

Carriers
A-Cyclone Inc. ships via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers at our discretion unless a specific carrier is requested by the customer.

Damages
All orders are inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at acycloneinc@gmail.com. Damage caused by the carrier is not the responsibility of A-Cyclone Inc. Please follow your carrier's claim procedures for damaged shipments.
