Terms of service

1. Acceptance of Order
By placing an order with A-Cyclone Inc., you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. No different or additional terms will be accepted unless agreed to in writing and signed by A-Cyclone Inc. personnel. These terms apply to all quotations made and orders accepted by A-Cyclone Inc.

2. Payment
Payment is made via a secure invoice sent by A-Cyclone Inc. after order details and shipping costs are confirmed. For standard orders, full payment is due upon receipt of invoice. For large quantities or bulk orders, a 30% deposit is required to reserve your units, with the balance due at least 48 hours before the scheduled ship date. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Final payment must be received in the form of certified funds, money order, bank wire transfer, cash, or credit card.

3. Shipping
All orders ship from Baldwin Park, California. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on order weight, dimensions, and destination, and will be provided to the customer as part of their order quote before payment. The ship date on your order confirmation is an estimate. A-Cyclone Inc. utilizes UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers at our discretion unless a specific carrier is requested. A-Cyclone Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, strikes, fires, floods, or acts of government. Damages caused by the carrier are not the responsibility of A-Cyclone Inc. — freight carrier policies must be followed for damage claims.

4. Inspection
Buyer must inspect goods promptly upon receiving. Any claim of shortage, damage, or defect must be submitted in writing to A-Cyclone Inc. within five (5) days of receipt. Failure to provide written notice within this period constitutes a waiver of any such claim.

5. Limited Warranty
A-Cyclone Inc. provides a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty from the date of shipment for defects in materials and workmanship on inflatable blowers. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to A-Cyclone Inc. for warranty repairs; A-Cyclone Inc. covers return shipping after repair. All warranty work is subject to inspection at our Baldwin Park facility.

6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall A-Cyclone Inc. be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. In the event A-Cyclone Inc. is found liable, damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the products in question.

7. Taxes
All charges are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on international orders.

8. Disclaimer
A-Cyclone Inc. disclaims any responsibility for injury to persons or damage to property caused by products that have been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized modification, or improper installation or maintenance.

9. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, upon written submission. Cancellations will result in a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase value plus any costs already incurred by A-Cyclone Inc.

10. Return Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Items returned for reasons unrelated to a warranty claim are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers have 72 hours from receipt to contact A-Cyclone Inc. at acycloneinc@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

11. Insurance
Buyer agrees to carry general liability insurance with coverage limits of no less than $1,000,000 in connection with the use or rental of any goods purchased from A-Cyclone Inc.

12. Use and Indemnification
Buyer is solely responsible for the safe use, operation, and signage of all products purchased from A-Cyclone Inc. Buyer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend A-Cyclone Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of goods sold to Buyer or used by Buyer's customers or any third parties.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the County of Los Angeles, California.

14. Refusal of Service
A-Cyclone Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
